I’m more than just your photographer—I’m a visual storyteller, focused on documenting the emotion, beauty, and quiet meaning of your most cherished moments. This experience is about more than images; it’s about preserving memories you’ll return to for a lifetime.
From the first conversation to the final gallery, I’m with you throughout the process, creating an experience that feels calm, thoughtful, and effortless.
Begin by inquiring through my form. I’ll confirm availability for your date and send over my wedding guide and questionnaire so I can learn more about your day. Once you’ve reviewed the collections and completed the questionnaire, we’ll schedule a consultation call to talk through your vision and thoughtfully map out a timeline that supports your priorities.
After selecting your collection and any add-ons, you’ll receive a booking portal with your contract and invoice. Once your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved.
I work closely with your coordinator to ensure every priority we discussed during your consultation is intentionally carried out. About one month before your wedding, you and your coordinator will receive a final questionnaire to confirm timelines, family portraits, and any remaining details. This allows me to approach your day with a clear plan and vision—so you can simply be present and enjoy every moment.
It’s time to celebrate. My assistant and I will arrive prepared and present, ready to document your day as it naturally unfolds. With the details planned and your vision in place, our role is to carry it out seamlessly—so you don’t have to worry about anything beyond being fully present and enjoying every moment. We’ve got the rest.
Kaity has this amazing ability to make you feel like you’ve known her forever. Her warm, friendly presence made me feel completely at ease, and I genuinely felt like she was more of a friend than just a photographer. She knows exactly how to capture the special moments without making you feel posed or uncomfortable. The connection we had was incredible, and it really showed in the photos.

What really stood out to me was how attentive, patient, and gentle she was, especially with our newborn. She took her time, never rushed us, and made sure every little detail was just right without ever making us feel stressed or overwhelmed.
"She made the entire experience feel natural and comfortable."
Kait is such an amazing photographer! I would recommend her a thousand times, my experience with her was amazing! I was a little nervous being in front of the camera but she was so kind and helpful. The photos she took were incredible and I would definitely book her again.

During the ceremony, I will focus on key moments as well as reactions from your close loved ones in the audience. If you elected to add on a second shooter, they will capture alternate angles and meaningful moments in your ceremony.
From there we move into the bridal party portraits. This includes bridesmaids, groomsmen, and any other important personnel for your day. We will get the classic portraits alongside prompts that inspire natural interaction together.
First looks are never required, but when chosen, they offer a quiet, intimate moment together before the ceremony. I approach them with a minimally invasive presence—gently setting the scene, then stepping back so you can experience the moment naturally and without interruption.
I typically arrive 2–3 hours before the ceremony to document meaningful details—your rings, stationery, attire, venue, and getting-ready moments. This portion of the day is minimally posed, simply guided to ensure we’re using the most beautiful light and backdrops available.
If you’re planning a formal exit—such as a sparkler send-off—I typically stay to document those final moments, ensuring your wedding day is fully captured from beginning to end.
Most couples choose to make a grand entrance and share their first dances before dinner. After dinner, we move into toasts and cake cutting before the dance floor officially opens—then it’s time to celebrate.
After family and any additional couple’s portraits, I like to give my couples the option to join the final moments of cocktail hour. If a second shooter is added, cocktail hour will be fully documented.
I will typically take formal family portraits following the ceremony. It's important to create a shot list beforehand to ensure that all the necessary family members are included. I include a template on my final logistics questionnaire for your convenience.
