As a kid I used to sit on my family's floor for hours and go through tubs and tubs of old photo prints of my parents and grandparents. As I got older, those tubs of photos started to become filled with photos of me and my siblings and I discovered one of the most powerful emotions humanity has - nostalgia. As I held a photo I was taken back to the emotions and memories as if I were living them again-- and I think thats where my love for photography began.
I love humanity. I love realness. I love vulnerability. I love emotion. So I decided to start a career that gave me a front row seat to it all.

I decided to become a photographer.

I absolutely love what I do. I get to spend the best moment's of people's lives alongside them, documenting it from every angle to help preserve every laugh, tear, and hug. From newborn kisses to first looks on a wedding day, I get to be there to observe human connection at it's finest - full of joy, love, and hope.

This is honestly the best job ever.

I literally cannot recommend kait enough.

She’s not just a typical photographer. She truly loves what she does and she is so wonderful at capturing everything but even the little things that normally go unnoticed. Those little things that you cherish and hope to remember, like those little dimples in your babies hands or an organic moment in between the poses.

What I capture life with:

ole bessie - my Nikon z6ii.
After trying several different models, the dual card slot and sharp focus instantly sold me on my go to work horse.  i carry two of these with me along with an arsenal of lenses.

my (and soon to be your) Granpa's Fave - my Nikon F3.
She was The prime of her day, and this girl's still got it.  Creamy bokeh and gorgeous detail, this film camera produces fine art film that takes your right back to the 80s.

The nikon Pikaichi. Not a lot going on inside there, but she's always ready for a party. with a built in flash and classic heavy grain look, she produces those nostalgic flash film photos you all know and love.

The flashback -- the non-disposable disposable.  i toss her in my bag on the way to the beach, a trip, a family session, or a wedding. Disposable camera vibes loaded to my phone and sent to you before the night is over. She ain't much to look at, but she knows she's lowkey my favorite.
